Program Outcome
Graduates will master a dual skill set spanning front-end healthcare delivery and back-end revenue management:
- Healthcare Operations & Administration: Managing day-to-day outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) workflows, optimizing patient flow, ensuring service quality compliance, managing hospital infrastructure, and maintaining patient care standards.
- Insurance & Revenue Cycle Management:Networking/empanellment ,insurance counseling, pre-authorizations, medical billing, tariff management, final claim documentation, government scheme processing, and claims adjudication/auditing for payers,Claim Investigation

Module 3: Legislations for Healthcare Organisations
Legal frameworks, clinical establishment acts,NABH/NABL regulatory compliance guidelines,and patient rights.
Module 4: Organisational Structure of HCO
Hierarchy and departmental workflows(Clinical, Supportive, and Administrative).
Inter-departmental coordination between Nursing,Emergency, Pharmacy, and Front Desk.
Module 5: Medical Terminology
Understanding clinical charts, diagnoses,surgical procedures, and medical acronyms.
Module 6: Healthcare Operations
- Front Office & Frontline Operations:Registration desk management, patient queuing,appointment scheduling, and reducing waiting time.
- OPD & IPD Management:Admission, transfer, discharge workflows,ward allocation, and bed census tracking.
- Quality & Patient Safety:NABH indicators, infection control protocols,and patient feedback mechanisms.
- Materials & Inventory Management:Hospital stores, consumables tracking, and pharmacy-to-ward supply chain management.
- Emergency & Disaster Management:Code protocols like Code Blue and Code Red,triaging systems in emergency departments.
Module 7: Healthcare Billing & Tariff
Medical coding fundamentals, itemized billing, hospital tariff packages, and managing corporate/TPA/Government scheme claims.
Module 8: Health Insurance & Credit Management
Pre-authorization processing, TPA coordination,claim adjudication, credit screening,and cashless hospitalization management.
Module 9: Healthcare Facility & Services Management
- Housekeeping & Environmental Services: Hospital hygiene, sanitation protocols,and linen management.
- Biomedical Waste Management: Segregation, color-coding, and safe disposal regulations.
- Supportive Services:Cafeteria services, security,ambulance logistics, and maintenance utilities.
Module 10: Healthcare Branding & Marketing
